How to Speed Up the Time of 3000-Head Cow Dung Composting?

The client urgently needed to compost quickly and safely for the next fertilizer granulation process. To meet his needs, YUSHUNXIN recommended three practical solutions. Within about 18 giorni, the cow dung composting process was completed, ready for granulation.

Fresh cow dung contains high moisture, which slows fermentation. We suggested using a screw press dehydrator to reduce the moisture to about 30%. This step improves aeration and speeds up the composting process.

Compared with traditional manual composting, mechanical composting greatly accelerates fermentation. We equipped the client with a crawler-type compost turner, ideal for open-field operations. It provides uniform mixing, fornitura di ossigeno, and temperature balance across the piles.

For the 5 T/H Argentina project, the client wanted to produce round cow dung compost pellets of about 4 mm. To achieve this, YUSHUNXIN recommended a SXYZ-3600 disc pelletizer.
