On August 27th, 2025, a customer from Argentina sent a message through our website. He runs a cattle farm with around 3,000 cows. To make money from waste, he wants to make cow dung compost and convert it into fertilizer within a budget of $300,000. Finalmente, we designed a 5t/h cow dung compost granulation plant for him. The following are our communication details.
Can you provide us with cow dung compost granulation line within $300,000?
Basic requirement: The client in Argentina operates a cattle farm with around 3,000 cows. Due to local environmental regulations, he decided to convert daily manure waste into organic fertilizer.
This setup helps the client efficiently recycle cattle manure into high-quality fertilizer. It achieves both environmental compliance and economic benefits.
How to Speed Up the Time of 3000-Head Cow Dung Composting?
The client urgently needed to compost quickly and safely for the next fertilizer granulation process. To meet his needs, YUSHUNXIN recommended three practical solutions. Within about 18 días, the cow dung composting process was completed, ready for granulation.
Fresh cow dung contains high moisture, which slows fermentation. We suggested using a screw press dehydrator to reduce the moisture to about 30%. This step improves aeration and speeds up the composting process.
Compared with traditional manual composting, mechanical composting greatly accelerates fermentation. We equipped the client with a crawler-type compost turner, ideal for open-field operations. It provides uniform mixing, oxygen supply, and temperature balance across the piles.
To enhance microbial activity, the client should add straw, humic acid powder, and fermentation bacteria. These ingredients accelerate organic matter breakdown.
Which Compost Pellet Machine Is Suitable for the 5 T/H Argentina Project?
For the 5 T/H Argentina project, the client wanted to produce round cow dung compost pellets of about 4 mm. To achieve this, YUSHUNXIN recommended a SXYZ-3600 disc pelletizer. Por un lado, by adjusting the disc angle and moisture content, the client can easily control the pellet size and quickly form uniform granules. Por otro lado, compared with a rotary drum granulator, the disc granulator offers a lower investment cost and smaller footprint, making it more suitable for medium-scale fertilizer production.
Además, if the client plans to add microbial agents later, the granulator’s spraying system serves it. Overall, the client was highly satisfied with the efficiency and flexibility of the disc granulation system.
Other Equipment for the 5 T/H Cow Dung Compost Granulation Plant
In addition to the disc granulation system, Yushunxina also supplied a single-shaft mixer, rotary screening machine, cooling and drying system, and a semi-automatic packaging unit.
Together, these machines form a complete and efficient 5 T/H cow dung compost fertilizer production line in Argentina.
